About Us
Color of Medicine™ nonprofit organization is geared toward finding solutions and strategies to promote the inclusion of minority students in STEM and medicine.
We believe that the inclusion of all demographics is vital to the advancement of STEM and medicine. By promoting multicultural awareness, we can support the principles of increasing culture competency, reducing racial health disparities, and advocating for increased representation of underrepresented minorities in STEM and medicine.
Our Work
We’re committed to advocating at local, national and international levels for resources and policy changes needed for the recruitment of underserved minorities in STEM and medicine.
Impact
Color of Medicine™ and NUGoKidney’s SciHigh Program decided to collaborate to bring the magic of science to students through virtual science labs.
The Color of Medicine™️ hosted a panel discussion with the @YoungDoctorsLeague at Whitney M. Young High Magnet School to discuss careers in STEM and medicine.
